Clun Green Man Festival 2015 Overview

The Clun Green Man Festival is a traditional springtime festival, held on the first May bank holiday weekend of the year. The Festival takes place in the picturesque town of Clun in South Shropshire.

The programme is full of live music, drama, colour and medieval malarkey and is fun for all the family.

Whilst the Saturday is music focussed, the whole weekend features a host of events centred on the Green Man and Maypole related madness!

They will include cloggers, blacksmiths, jewellery makers, weavers, leather workers, cake makers, potters, face painters, garden ornament makers and artists and more!  As well as crafts, there will be plenty of good food from barbecue to vegetarian.

Local and conservation organisations such as English Heritage, Shropshire Historic Churches Trust and the Wildlife Trust are in attendance too with stalls and information.

Camping: No camping at this event – check out our ‘Book Hotels’ tab for other options.
