Chester Folk Festival takes place annually over the Spring Bank Holiday Weekend in the village of Kelsall, about 8 miles from Chester (UK).

Featuring loads of entertainment including Concerts, Ceilidhs, Workshops, Singarounds, Sessions, Displays, Craft Fair, Family Events plus children's entertainment.

Camping: There are 2 festival campsites: Campsite 1 is on Kelsall Green - the field behind the Lord Binning pub (previously the Morris Dancer), where camping is permitted around the main festival marquee; Campsite 2 is an alternative camping area situated a short distance away by public footpath, with vehicle access via Flat Lane. There are toilet and washing facilities on all sites - unfortunately they do not have the necessary space, electrical power or water pressure to provide showers. Both sites are restricted to weekend ticket holders.
