Like many of the best independent festival's LeeFest started life as a party for some friends,  Since that party in 2007, Leefest has gone from strength to strength picking up multiple awards along the way.  

The festival has stuck to its party roots, albeit to 5,000 festival goers. In 2016 LeeFest created an immersive event LeeFest presents:The Neverland based upon JM Barries Peter Pan with Pirates, Mermaids & Lost Boys.  Leefest Presents: The Neverland has three distinct area's where festival goers can indulge themselves in Glitter Wrestling and Drag Queens, Comedy, Paint Fights, Spoken Word, Theatre and much more.

Leefest has a rich heritage of identifying emerging talent, plus some of the best British artists.
