The Isle of Wight Festival has announced the winner of its brand new DJ competition in association with Generation (Topman's in-house digital magazine) - 16 year old Ben Frith, aka DJ Future who will hit the decks in The Dance Tent at the legendary Festival.

Held in Topman’s flagship store, Oxford Circus on Saturday, the live final featured appearances from the top 4 entries, handpicked from a raft of talent. Tarquin The Great, DJ Detox, Seb Gale and DJ Future were all chosen to show off their skills, which were judged by a panel of music industry professionals, plus 4 floors of the store! DJ Future is fresh and energetic, whose talent has already earned him critical acclaim; an impressive feat for someone only 16! His mixes have been featured on BBC Radio 1Xtra and its resident MistaJam has even saluted his skills. After delivering a top notch set, this talented young DJ is now on course for big things at the Isle of Wight Festival 2013. 

Over one of the hottest weekends of the year, the Isle of Wight Festival will feature performances from some of the most cutting edge artists and DJs around including Example & DJ Wire, Damian Lazarus, A-Trak and Sub Focus Live. Now, the iconic Festival has teamed up with Topman Generation and found one of the most talented new names on the scene, DJ Future who will show what he’s made of in The Dance Tent.
