Y Not Festival started life as a party back in 2006, in the subsequent years it has won multiple awards and has grown into the country's leading Indie festival.
Set in the stunning Peak District Y Not manages to squeeze a huge amount into a weekend. The Main Stage plays host to some of the biggest indie bands on the planet, while the Quarry has a diverse line up covering multiple genres. If you like your rock to be heavy, The Giant Squid has a selection of punk and metal bands to keep you moshing all day.
But its not all about music, Flamingo Jacks hosts comedy caberet and general cheese throughout the weekend, while the Night Hawk Cinema shows films chosen by Y Notters throughout the weekend.
For the little ones there are a wide range of activities to keep them engaged in both the arena and family campsite.
Y Not Festival offers early entry on Thursday, with a number of bands performing on some of the stages.
