Hertfordshire’s Folkstock Acoustic Festival was borne out of a desire to showcase as many strands of acoustic, folk and roots music in one joyous event on the autumn equinox, which is September 21st 2013.

Folkstock Acoustic Festival will be an affordable, family friendly festival with a fete feel, incorporating two main stages and two tented stages of acoustic folk and roots music. It will have BBC award winning performers alongside emerging local acts as well as performing arts, ceilidhs, morris dancing, poetry and plays in a friendly supportive environment.

There will be an array of gorgeous music, delicious food, crafty stalls, community interest groups, dancing, singing and drinking ! Childrens’ soft play zone and a video tent mean that you can keep an eye on your charges while indulging your musical tastes.

Artists booked to appear include Lucy Ward, Two Coats Colder, The Bounty Hounds, Mossy Nolan, Lanre, The Halstead Clan, Maisie Mae, Connor Bannister, Zoe Phillips, Daisy Lewis, and Alex Dee.
