Wowing the critis Middleman announce New Single 'Helpless' to be released on Monday 16th September 2013. Recorded in Leeds and produced by the band, the single is taken from their forthcoming album ‘Counterstep’ (released on October 14th). Listen to  ‘Helpless’ here...

It’s been an interesting journey for Middleman, the band have toured relentlessly, appearing at South By South West, Reading & Leeds, Latitude, Secret Garden Party and Kendal Calling, as well as a whole host of European festivals.  

The crowds at Middleman shows are notorious for stage invasions, crowd surfing, relentless dancing and mosh pits, think somewhere between a club night and a punk gig. But there’s more to them than just bone-rattling bass and shout-along choruses. With layered lyrics and catchy choruses these are songs you can dance or cry to. Or cry/dance if you like. Cryancing, they call it. It's a thing.

The band will launch 'Helpless' at The Monarch, Camden, Tuesday 27th August 2013 as well as playing several other festivals across the UK and Europe.
