The Wirral Folk Festival in Cheshire is a festival of folk & acoustic music, dance poetry & storytelling.

All concerts take place indoors, either in the large Main Concert Hall, the Oak Room or the Members' Lounge. Fringe events take place all around the festival site in small marquees and in the outside display areas.

No need to leave the festival site as the Member's Lounge/Restaurant can cater for all your culinary needs.   A variety of real ales and an extensive food menu is available at very reasonable prices.

A large programme of Fringe events is scheduled to take place from the Friday afternoon and all day on the Saturday and Sunday, starting at 10am.  Over 100 performers will take part in a variety of events including workshops: Instrument training, (harmonica, guitar, ukulele and fiddle), songwriting, improving your singing, poetry, dance displays, singaround and singalong sessions. The "F" Factor Talent Showcase and Late Night Extra music sessions will ensure you are never short of something to do.
