Shepley Spring Festival 2012 Overview
Shepley Spring Festival is a greenfield festival based in and around Shepley Cricket Club. The emphasis of the festival is on traditional music but involves a wide range of musical styles attracting a growing audience and showcasing high quality local, national and international performers whilst offering opportunities for participation and learning for people of all ages.

A full weekend of concerts, dances and workshops celebrating the very best of traditional music, song and dance from Britain and beyond.
During the daytime the showground site has a carnival atmosphere with a schools showcase concert, street theatre, circus skills workshops, children's stories, songs, crafts, rides and a climbing wall.
There is an international foodmarket, market and craft stalls and a beer tent.
The camping is in a large field adjacent to the main festival site.
The campsite can accommodate tents, caravans and campervans. Facilities on site will include lighting, flushing toilets, showers. The festival campsite is for weekend ticket holders only.

Shepley village is situated approximately seven miles south east of Huddersfield on the A629 road to Sheffield, near its junction with the A635 Wakefield/Holmfirth road.
Shepley station is on the Huddersfield to Sheffield train line.
