CockRock is an annual three day 5000 capacity grass roots festival held in Cockermouth Cumbria.
The festival now in its 7th year is situated on the edge of the Lake District with full panoramic views of the Cumbrian Fells and a friendly atmosphere that is second to none!
The festival as always appeals to all ages, CockRock 2010 was enjoyed by everyone from babies to OAPs. The festival incorporates a full 3 days of music, activities, workshops, dancing, camping and fun for every member of the family!
Cockermouth Rock Festival is an non profit festival set up to help provide support in the way of funding for two great local causes, The Pride of Cumbria Air Ambulance and the Cockermouth Mountain Rescue and to encourage and promote local bands and musicians.
Tickets for CockRock 2011 are priced at: Adult Weekend - £45, Adult Weekend with Camping £50, 14 and under Weekend - £20, 14 and under Weekend with Camping £25 and finally Family Weekend with FREE camping (2 adults, 2 14 and under) - £120. Don’t forget under 5’s and OAPs go free!
Disabled Information
On site there will be disabled toilets and a separate parking area. Guide dogs are permitted on all area's of the site. CockRock will endeavour to accommodate any needs you may have, to ensure these are met please e-mail mail@cockermouthrockfestival.com and we will do our best to help.
Glass
There is a STRICTLY NO GLASS policy in place on the whole site (including the campsite). This is for the safety of everyone as well as the animals who's home the site normally is. If anyone is found to have glass on the site, it will be confiscated (no exceptions).

Following on from CockRock 2010 the year that was aptly dubbed ‘The festival even the gods couldn’t stop’, Jim Rock and the festival team are pleased to be back for another year with a whole host of exciting things lined up for 2011!
