Alive @ Delapre is a three-day live music event taking place on 19-21 July 2013. See top flight artists at a purpose-built open-air arena in the historic parkland setting of Delapre Park, a beautiful heritage site right in the heart of Northampton.

There will be a gig featuring a different artist, plus support, on Friday 19, Saturday 20 and Sunday July 21. Tickets for each gig are sold separately.

Artists booked to appear include Paul Weller.

Ticket prices (from): Priced per artist per event… e.g. Paul Weller £39.

Main Stage

Venue and general information

Delapre Park is an outdoor site.  No seating is provided or seating reserved.  You are welcome to bring folding picnic chairs or rugs. If a standing area has been designated directly in front of the stage, seating brought into the venue will not be allowed in this area.

Concert timings

The concert arena will open at 6pm with live music starting from about 7.30pm and finishing about 10.30pm.  These time are approximate.

Disabled visitors

Disabled parking, toilet and optional viewing platform will be available at Delapre Park. Registered assistance dogs are permitted but the live sound may disturb the animal.  No other dogs are allowed on site. Lasers and strobe lighting may be used as part of the performance. 

General advice:  They advise that you wear suitable clothing and footwear for an outdoor event.  Unfortunately they cannot permit umbrella to be taken in to the arena. Click here for information about disabled access.

Bo Bruce has been announced as support for James Morrison at this year's Alive at Delapre on Sun 21 July. With his unique, rootsy soul sound, James is established as one of the UK’s most respected singer-songwriters.  His first two albums ‘Undiscovered’ and ‘Songs for You, Truths for Me’ has sold a total of 4.5m copies and yielded ten singles including ‘You give me something’, ‘Wonderful World’ and ‘Broken Strings’ featuring Nelly Furtado.

The Wanted announce Alive gig at Delapre - with very special guests Lawson

The Wanted, recently People’s Choice Award Winners in LA and also previously Brit nominated for best single are riding high on a wave of international success and they will touch down at Delapre Park in Northampton on Saturday 20 July. The Wanted and their special guests are the final act to be announced as part of the three-gig Alive @Delapre 2013.

James Morrison has announced an open-air date in Northampton next year as part of the Alive at Delapre Park series of gigs taking place in July 2013.With his unique, rootsy soul sound, James is established as one of the UK’s most respected singer-songwriters. There is no car parking for visitors within Delapre Park. Please follow the AA signs for town centre Parking.  

If you are arriving by taxi or being dropped off, please make sure you have made arrangements for your return journey in advance as Delapre Park does not have public telephones and may have a poor phone signal.

There will be a fully licensed bar and a variety of hot food and drink outlets available at Delapre Park. Please note bar and food outlets do not accept card payments and there are no cashpoints available.

You are welcome to bring picnics, but please check the terms and conditions carefully as glass, cans, tables and non-plastic cutlery and crockery are not permitted in the arena. You are allowed to bring no more than 2 litres of soft/alcoholic drink per person.
