As you may know, Attitude is Everything is a charity that works with music venues, clubs and festivals across the U.K. to improve Deaf and disabled people's access to live music.

We also run a Stewarding Project every summer, where we recruit Deaf and disabled volunteers aged 18+ to work at a number of festivals.

We are currently recruiting people to volunteer as Glastonbury Stewards

Volunteers join the Glastonbury Deaf and Disabled Access Team. This team manages both the accessible campsite and all viewing platforms on site. Shifts are split between the two roles.
This role allows for people to bring a PA if required, and volunteers can have access to the full range of access facilities available to paying customers, such as staying in the accessible campsite and having access to viewing platforms during free time. Volunteering is a great way to go to a festival, working with a friendly, supportive crew of people, and still having time off to enjoy the music!

The deadline to apply is 5pm Friday 22nd March.

If you are interested in this opportunity, or would like to find out more about other festival volunteering opportunities we might have coming up, please get in touch.
