Philadelphia indie rockers The War On Drugs plus Celt-rock legends The Waterboys, alt-folk  Neko Case and psychedelic experimentalism Panda Bear, are amongst the latest wave of artists to be added to this years Green Man Festival.

Green Man Festival is incredibly friendly event, and agreat festival to discover new musical talent, with many Mercury, Ivor Novello and Brit nominees and winners emerging from the festival each year.

Green Man has ten entertainment areas in lush Welsh Wilderness, 1500 performers, 24 hour entertainments, comedy, poetry, literature, art & science, fun for 12 and unders and a separate area just for teens, spas, therapies, hot piping showers, luxury camping areas, local ale and cider sipping, all night bonfires, gorgeous selection of locally sourced food over 4 days.

Artists booked to appear include: Beirut, Neutral Milk Hotel, First Aid Kit, Kurt Vile & The Violators, Bill Callahan, Caribou, Real Estate, Mac Demarco, Daughter, Anna Calvi, Sharon Van Etten, Jeffry Lewis, Tunng, Toy, and I Break Horses,Ry X, Waxahatchee, Lanterns on the Lake, Fat White Family, William Tyler, Speedy Ortiz, Georgia Ruth, All We Are, Happyness, Plank!, Eaves, Sons of Noel & Adrian, and John Mouse. 

Green Man Festival 2014 takes place from Thu 14th to Sun 17th Aug at Glanusk Park, Brecon Beacons National Park
