Sony Commercial Music Group proudly presents the incredible soundtrack to US outlaw drama, Sons of Anarchy. The soundtrack, Songs of Anarchy: Music from Sons of Anarchy Seasons 1-4, features a revved up collection of fifteentracks specifically recorded for the show. Released 8th October 2012.
Songs of Anarchy: Music from Sons of Anarchy Seasons 1-4 includes Sons of Anarchy theme tune ‘This Life’ written by Curtis Stigers, Velvet Revolver guitarist Dave Kushner, producer Bob Thiele and show creator Kurt Sutter, performed by Curtis Stigers. The soundtrack also features a specially recorded version of The Animals ‘House of the Rising Sun’, Rolling Stones ‘Gimme Shelter’, and a beautiful version of Louis Armstrong’s ‘What A Wonderful World’, recorded by The Kills frontwoman, Alison Mosshart. Actress Katey Sagal, who plays Gemma Teller Morrow in the hit show, provides vocals on three of the tracks, ‘Son of a Preacher Man’, ‘Bird on a Wire’ and ‘Strange Fruit’.
