WOMAD a melting pot of talented artists from around the world, with around 200 performances from more than 100 artists, across seven stages.

The festival has dancing and instrument workshops with incredible musicians, poetry, talks and debates, colour and life, you can dance under the stars with musical revelry into the early hours and then relax under the trees in the arboretum the next day and rest in the World of Wellbeing.

It’s not only the sights and sounds, the food is also a treat at WOMAD – culinary joys from all around the world await you.

Artists already announced for WOMAD Festival 2016 are: George Clinton & Parliment Funkadelic, Baaba Maal, Ibrahim Maalouf , This is the Kit, Baloji, Hot 8 Brass Band, Afriquoi, Blick Bassy, Ethno Trio Troitsa, Lula Pena, Aziza Brahim, Sidestepper, Dom La Nena, Desert Slide, Moh! Kouyate, Pat Thomas And His Kwashibu Area Band, Tetish, The East Pointers and The Grit Orchestra.
