Currently on their first UK tour since their 2008 split and armed with a brand new live CD, songwriter, vocalist and guitarist Luke Concannon and in-demand double bassist and beat boxer John Parker will take to the stage of the iconic London venue alongside a 1,400 strong choir of school children in the CLIC Sargent Christmas celebration – an annual event staged by the charity for children with cancer.

Run in conjunction with Young Voices, the Wednesday, December 10 event, starting 7pm, will also feature X-Factor star and "Queen of the Jungle" Stacey Solomon, Irish musician Tabby Callaghan, dance acts Urban Strides and West End Kids and up-and-coming singer-songwriter Sim Pattison whose “Ellie’s Song”, was written following his girlfriend’s cancer diagnosis, when she was just 17.

Tickets ranging from £25 to £60 are available from The Royal ASlbert Hall.

“Everything I know about live performance I learned from them” - Ed Sheeran (ex-roadie to Nizlopi!)

The runaway success of the two musicians from Warwickshire who had met on the school bus aged 13, saw Nizlopi quickly gather a cult following. With their “alternative” no hiding place songs (sometimes edgy, often heart warming, always passionate) and connective shows that became as much about the audience as the performers, Nizlopi found a unique “folk hip hop” niche and a reputation as outstanding live performers.

The remaining “Stand Up Together” Nizlopi tour dates are:

Thurs, Nov 27: Assembly Rooms, Glastonbury

Fri Nov 28 The Marrs Barr, Worcester

Sat Nov 29 Whelan’s, Dublin
