Paul Carrick to appear at Shrewsbury Folk Festival

Festival Patron John Jones lead singer of Oysterband, will perform solo with special guests,

Festival Director Alan Surtees said: “We are over the moon to have secured three such talented musicians to perform together at the festival.  “Their individual pedigrees are stunning enough but together, they will be even more amazing! This year’s line up is shaping up to be one of the best ever and there really is something for everyone, not matter where they sit on the musical spectrum.

Shrewsbury Folk Festival, takes place from 26th to 29th August, it has four main music stages, a dance tent, more than 100 workshops, children and youth programmes, onsite camping, a craft fair, real ale, wine and cocktail bars, and a food village.
