London, September 28th, 2011. On October 8th cinema-goers across the UK and Ireland will have the once in a lifetime opportunity to witness some of the most recognised acts in the music world for an incredible one-off show from Cardiff, in as the official tribute to the late “King Of Pop”. The Michael Forever Tribute Concert will be broadcast live in to cinemas in 2D and 3D direct from the Millennium Stadium and will feature performances from the likes of JLS, Christina Aguilera, Alexandra Burke and Leona Lewis, as well as the recently confirmed The Black Eyed Peas.

The concert, which will be attended by members of the Jackson family, will also feature Ne-Yo, 3T, Cee-Lo Green, Jennifer Hudson, Smokey Robinson, Alien Ant Farm, Craig David and Pixie Lott. The Jackson Brothers and La Toya Jackson are performing in public for the first time in around 20 years to honour their brother. The event will be hosted by Academy Award and Grammy Award winner Jamie Foxx, alongside Britain’s Fearne Cotton

US superstar Beyonce is also set to be involved in the event via video  with her management recently confirming that she is promising a “unique, never before seen performance” for the fans in attendance.

Michael’s Mother, Katherine Jackson, also looks forward to what she believes will be a spectacular and fitting event to celebrate the life of her son:

It is with great gratitude for me to give my complete blessing and full support to what I consider to be the one and only Official Michael Jackson Tribute Concert.
