Live Nation UK has been appointed the event organiser and promoter of London’s four festival sites during the 2012 Olympic Games.

The events are planned for Hyde Park, Victoria Park, Trafalgar Square and Potters Fields Park and will allow the public to watch the Games on large outdoor screens.

There will also be a programme of free entertainment on the sites, including live gigs.
