Lechlade Festival have announced that Status Quo will headline the festival taking place between 22nd – 24th May 2015, at Riverside Park, Highworth Road, Lechlade, Gloucestershire.

With their latest fully acoustic album Aquostic – Stripped Bare spending its 6th week in the UK album chart, a new single coming out and a tour announced for next year, Status Quo are having a great year.

Arguably the most hard-working rock band of the last 50 years, Status Quo boast a longevity beyond compare. Quo hold the record for more hit singles than any other band, both international and British, in UK chart history. They have performed all over the world, for heads of state and royalty and now will be closing the 5th Lechlade Festival in their full rock glory.

The festival have also confirmed the return of Dr and the Medics as headline act on the Saturday night. There will be an additional 60+ bands playing on 3 stages over the weekend with something to appeal to all tastes. Festival favourites such as Whole Lotta Led, Josephine and the Artizans, Twister, Xander and the Keys, Alex Rainsford, CU Tuesday and Frankenstein’s Lobster have already been confirmed.
