The Zoo Project Festival confirms even more global icons for the inaugural three-day festival including Youandewan, Blackhall & Bookless, Guy Gerber [live], James Teej [live] and Scuba

The Zoo Project Festival, which promises to be one of the most innovative and unique festivals this summer, is set to round off the season in true Ibiza style with the addition of yet more global music stars to the already impressive line-up. The nine-stage festival will welcome DJs from across the world playing to thousands of clubbers at the stunning Port Lympne Wild Animal Park from the 14th – 16th September. Twelve hours of pure unquestionable electronic brilliance from 2pm to 2am. As is the case with the iconic Zoo Project in Ibiza, revelers are welcome to dress up as animals while they dance to the most cutting-edge electronic music available this side of the sun.

Kicking off with a true innovator of dance music we have Julio Bashmore, who burst onto the scene in 2009 after releasing a jaw-dropping EP on Claude Von Stroke's influential label Dirtybird. In just three short years he has cemented his place at the forefront of a new generation of DJs, partly responsible for the colossal rise of UK bass music in the global spectrum.

Few producers have made such a dent on the electronic music scene in such a short amount of time as Eats Everything who has also been announced for the festival. In a matter of months he has defined a whole new genre of forward thinking underground house music. Hailing from the music hot spot of Bristol, Eats Everything's DJ sets are highly sought-after and his productions have continued to gain great support from esteemed labels such as Hot Creations.

Carlos Sosa, aka DJ Sneak has also been announced as a UK festival exclusive for The Zoo Project Festival premier. A legend inside and outside the electronic music industry, DJ Sneak has seen it all. Bringing festival-goers a unique mixture of Chicago tracks, Latin tribal beats and disco-filtered reworks of retro classics. There’s no doubt that Sneak will get thousands dancing at The Zoo Project Festival.

The Zoo Project Festival is delighted to also welcome London born-and-bred George Fitzgerald to the line-up, as well as David Kennedy aka the phenomenal Pearson Sound. Both artists have continued to push boundaries and make their marks on the clubbing scene in a big way, through their seamless integration of house, dubstep and everything in between. Both have been responsible for injecting the beat back into productions through their skillful use of drum-machines.

Also on the rise from Canada’s east coast is the amazing James Teej who is joining The Zoo Project Festival & bringing his exciting live set with him. James has delighted fans the world over with his infectious vocal productions and collaborations with heavyweights such as DJ T and Tale of Us and we are certain that this will be a performance not to be missed. The Zoo Project Festival is also bringing ticket holders the infectious sound of Heidi, the much loved BBC Radio 1 DJ is also announced for this years festival.

Innovative and forward thinking sounds will be the order of the day at the first ever Zoo Project Festival, with Leeds favourite Youandewan also joining the line-up whilst Blackhall & Bookless are flying the flag for the Newcastle massive. Guy Gerber [live] is another phenomenal addition to The Zoo Project Festival this year. Currently on a world tour which takes him everywhere from Barcelona to Russia the internationally renowned artist is a hugely anticipated addition to the line-up.

Last but by no means least is Scuba, otherwise known as Paul Rose, making up the final addition to this epic line-up. No doubt the Zoo Project Festival will provide the ultimate end of season party, offering a unique mash-up of European and Ibiza sounds in amongst the animals themselves.
