HEIGHTS have a brand new studio album 'Old Lies for Young Lives' which has been released TODAY through Transcend Music, along with the brand new video for the single 'A Noble Lie' here...

Alex on the album, ‘Old Lies For Young Lives’"Our album is the first we've released with my vocals on it, and naturally is a big departure from (first album) ‘Dead Ends’. The whole album is a sort of journey through our lives, with lyrical content about growing older and the changes in attitude you experience as you come to terms with the world that you live in. Lots of bands don't really build an album as much as we've tried to do with ‘Old Lies’. It's not just 10 songs that are all singles shoved together on an album, it's more of a progression that reflects our lives and our experiences.”

Dean (Richardson, guitars) continues;

“It’s faster, more energetic and is written to be played how we play live!

It's also definitely a whole album, too many bands these days throw songs together and call it an album, but I grew up listening to albums that had a purpose. Start to finish, a concept or lyric running through them, a theme in the mood and a beginning and end. ‘Old Lies For Young Lives’ is meant to be listened to in full, front to back."
