Following a successful 2014 Grillstock will be returning in 2015 to Manchester on 30th-31st May and Bristol on 11th-12th July. 

The event has the UK’s biggest US-style barbecue competition, music festival and celebration of alfresco living, taking in food and drink, gardening, cooking equipment and everything else people require for an outdoor summer lifestyle.

Centered around the 2-day southern US style barbecue competition, Grillstock is also themed around the best of American recreational culture with a great entertainment programme including a hugely expanded live music stage showcasing blues, Cajun and rockabilly bands.

This family orientated event has a much wider appeal than most food festivals given the universal attraction of outdoor cooking.
