Gottwood Festival returns to the Welsh woods next June, bringing next level electronic music programming and inspirational arts installations to the fairytale woodland it calls home.

Returning for its fourth year, Gottwood Festival once again kicks off the summer solstice on June 20-23, 2013. If you’re looking for something a little off centre, something to make you move, and something that you wont forget in a rush, thisis it. This small, boutique and wholly independent electronic music festival – set within the deepest darkest depths of the Welsh woodland, and next to the sandy beaches of the Irish Sea – provides the ultimate alternative festival experience.

Working with some of the most innovative and interesting names in electronic music, Gottwood Festival strives to ensureits lineup ticks all the boxes for even the most discerning club heads.

This time Gottwood teams up with an eclectic selection of electronic music brands, promoters, crews and party starters, and this time there are some crackers.

Catch house and techno connoisseurs Hypercolour, and see what all the fuss is about. One of the UK’s most talked about club brands, straight outta Leeds, Louche joins the party. London’s underground heads Tief go deep, with houseled label Wolf Music in tow. Also bringing crews are Newcastle promoter and podcast supremos Jaunt, Nottingham label and Stealth regular Wigflex, and Manchester’s bass heads Hit&Run.

Apogee bring a little of the London, Leeds and Nottingham underground they’re so entrenched in, Eton Messy takes Gottwood along a Bristol garage trip, Real Nice Presents & E.T.A get involved, and Manchester’s forward-thinking house and techno night Idiosync jump in too. Plus there’s lots more to be announced in the New Year. Expect bumby, vibrant and genre-bending ride as Gottwood Festival provides an electronic music education!

Gottwood Festival comes to you from a location like no other place you will have been. It’s like something out of a fairytale, or your most lucid dream – the area has even been described by Lonely Planet as the 'Greatest Region On The Earth 2012'. That’s how special it is.
