Franz Ferdinand will be making their only festival appearance in Scotland when they headline Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival 2017 (Bella), also appearing with them on the main stage will be KT Tunstall.  Bella takes place from Thursday 3rd - Saturday 5th August at the beautiful Highland surroundings of Belladrum Estate, near Beauly in Inverness-shire.

Promoter Joe Gibbs commented “ This is the first time Franz Ferdinand has played Bella and we are totally delighted to welcome them to our stage, I couldn’t think of a better act to close out the festival. And we are thrilled to be welcoming KT back. She played Bella before as an unannounced special guest but we are pleased to have properly on the bill this time.”

The independent festival has built a reputation for its eclectic line-ups, its offbeat non-musical entertainments and its all-ages approach. The festival won a VisitScotland Thistle Award in 2009 and is a past winner of the Grassroots Festival Award at the UK Festival Awards.
