The Green Festival Alliance brings together promoters and suppliers committed to acting on climate change to identify and speed up the adoption of sustainable practices at festivals and events through innovation and collective action. 

Firefly Solar are proud to be one of the founder members of the group alongside Julie’s Bicycle (Steering group secretariat),

A Greener Festival, Bestival, Festival Republic, Shambala Festival / Kambe Events Ltd (Steering group chair) and the Association of Independent Festivals. 

One such resource to come out of the Green Festival Alliance is Julies Bicycle’s Green Suppliers Database  which is a searchable online listing of environmentally conscious products and services for the creative industries, including renewable and low carbon power providers.
