Crystal Fighters recently fulfilled their dream to create a rave in a cave in Northern Spain, and Noisey channel You Need To Hear This were there to capture every moment of the live performance on camera.   

Travelling to the region of San Sebastian, the band explore the landscape and learn about traditional Basque instruments, before inviting local musicians to the striking caves of Zugarramurdi for a collaborative performance on a natural stone stage in front of hundreds of fans. 

The effect was both unique and transcendent; in Crystal Fighters' own words, "a rave that could have happened any time in the last ten thousand years". The band have also named their second studio album ‘Cave Rave’ which was released May this year.
