Cropredy 2014 tickets officially go on sale on 1 February 2014, you can buy yours from their online store between 8 and 18 December 2013 and they'll be delivered to UK addresses in time for Christmas.

"A lot of our festival-goers like to give Cropredy tickets as Christmas presents," says Festival Director Gareth Williams, "so we're putting tickets on sale for a limited period in December. And as a bonus, every pack of tickets sent out in December will include a specially designed Christmas card signed by all five members of Fairport Convention."

Three-day tickets cost £110; two-day (Friday and Saturday) tickets cost £100; and Saturday-only tickets cost £70 (this Saturday-only price has been held for three years). Tickets are exclusively available from Fairport Convention's website: www.fairportconvention.com

The full line-up of artists appearing at next year's Fairport's Cropredy Convention will be announced in January 2014.

Fairport Convention launches online auction in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust

Legendary folkrock band Fairport Convention have launched an online auction today to raise funds for charity. Visitors to Fairport'swebsite can bid for a T-shirt signed by shock-rocker Alice Cooper and the other acts who appeared at Fairport's Cropredy festival this year.

The highest bidder will secure the T-shirt and the proceeds will be donated to Teenage Cancer Trust (TCT). As well as Cooper, the T-shirt has been signed by members of Levellers, 10cc Peatbog Faeries and Fairport Convention themselves. The signatures are on the front so the T-shirt can be framed for display. The online auction closes on 18 December and the T-shirt will be posted to the winning bidder in time for Christmas. Fairport Convention is a long-time supporter of TCT, the national charity that helps young cancer sufferers and their families.
