The Maverick Festival has announced that Billy Bragg will headline the 8th Maverick Festival.

The three day festival will run over the 4^th July weekend and presents an array of world class musical talent across FIVE stages indoors and out. This year will see the return of the Sweet Home Alabama stage, which will showcase amongst others, three sweet hearts of Alabama Hannah Aldridge, Lisa Mills and Debbie Bond.

Other artists confirmed on this years bill include Later with Jools Holland sensation Chastity Brown with her band, Miriam Jones, Joe Boyd, Amanda Rheaume, Gal Holiday and the The Honky Tonk Review, Dan Walsh, Curtis Eller‘S American Circus & Larkin Poe.
