Alterbridge to appear at Download 2017

A further 22 bands have been added to Download Festival 2017, including Alter Bridge, Airbourne, Opeth, Clutch, Mastodon, DevilDriver, The Dead Daisies, Sum 41 and Good Charlotte. Download Festival takes place from Friday 9th to Sunday 11th June at Donington Park, Castle Donington, Derbyshire, DE74 2RP.

Other acts added to the bill are: Coheed and Cambria, Pierce The Veil, Issues, Four Year Strong, Knuckle Puck, WAKRAT, Basement, The One Hundred, Crown The Empire, Greywind, Astroid Boys, Lost Society and Red Fang.

Download Festival is the UK’s premier metal and heavy rock festival, with a tradition of attracting some of the biggest rock bands in the world. The festival has four stages in the main area, plus an acoustic stage and a large fairground. Throughout the site there are a wide range of food vendors to suite all your dietary needs.

Bands already conformed for Download Festival 2017 are: System of A Down, Biffy Clyro, Aerosmith, Rob Zombie, Prophets Of Rage, Five Finger Death Punch, AFI, Slayer, Of Mice & Men, Sleeping With Sirens, Simple Plan, Every Time I Die, The Story So Far and Fozzy.
